The Orciaia apartment belongs to the oldest building of Montalbino. It already existed two centuries ago and was, in the past, a place intended for the storage of the oil in big jars.

The apartment is accessible by an external portico equipped with barbecue, and is a perfect outdoor dining area.

On the ground floor, there is a big living room with a beautiful central fireplace, a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a bathroom with shower.

The sleeping area is on the first floor and has five rooms: two double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, a triple room with an ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom, a single room and a spacious bathroom with shower.

The price does not include

Tourist tax: € 2.00 per person per night for max 6 nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt;
Cleaning of the apartment during the stay;
Extra bed or crib + high chair: € 4 per night;
Breakfast: € 15 for adults; € 7.50 for children (between 4 and 12 years old);
Heating: € 4 per cubic meter (for Casina and Glicine apartments, however, heating is already included in the price).

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 42 days before arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total cost.
If you cancel from 41 days up to 20 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
If you cancel from 19 days up to 1 day before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total cost.
If you no-show you will be charged 100% of the total cost.
