It is an independent house in the middle of the olive trees and a wide garden. It is in a secluded position compared to the rest of the village and has a view on the countryside.

The two porches are perfect to relax or to enjoy an open-air lunch or dinner.

The inside unit, like a loft, is articulated in a living and sleeping area and is divided by a linen curtain. The curtain is in place to unite the two spaces in a single welcoming apartment.

There is a bathroom with shower.

The price does not include

Tourist tax: € 2.00 per person per night for max 6 nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt;
Cleaning of the apartment during the stay;
Extra bed or crib + high chair: € 4 per night;
Breakfast: € 15 for adults; € 7.50 for children (between 4 and 12 years old);
Heating: € 4 per cubic meter (for Casina and Glicine apartments, however, heating is already included in the price).

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 42 days before arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total cost.
If you cancel from 41 days up to 20 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
If you cancel from 19 days up to 1 day before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total cost.
If you no-show you will be charged 100% of the total cost.
