Every apartment is different from the other, but everyone follows the typical country Tuscan style, with original wooden and wrought iron furniture and orthopaedical mattresses.
Montalbino agriturismo apartments have a common laundry, cooking corner or kitchen, fireplace, single heating, satellite TV, shower and one of the apartment for 4 people has shower and bath. An individual and completely furnished outdoor area is available to each apartment.

The apartment cost includes:Water, gas, electricity. Change of towels and bed-linen once a week, launderette and final cleaning. Swimming-pool and bicycles.
The apartment cost excludes:Heating (€ 3.00 per cubic metre), cleaning of the apartment during the guests stay (example: if you stay two weeks, you'll find the apartment perfectly cleaned at your arrival, but we'll not clean the apt at the end of the first week).
